Overnight/Weekend Camping Equipment List

Tent (optional if sleeping in shelter)  
Sleeping Bag (wrapped in plastic garbage bag if travel in rain)  
Sleeping Pad or Mat (optional)  
Ground Cloth (tarp) big enough to lie sleeping bag on (optional)

Hints:
  • Pack lightly so Cub can carry most gear
  • If there is a chance of rain, pack gear in ziplock bags.  One bag daily filled with underwear/socks/shirt for each day.
  • Label all clothing and equipment
