All boys entering Cub Scouts (with the exeption of Tiger Cubs) must first earn their Bobcat Badge. Bobcat introduces
the boy to the basics of cub scouting. A boy must learn the Cub Scout Promise, Sign, Law, Motto, Handshake, meaning
of Weblos, and Salute. Parent must also review the Safety Information with their boy located in the handbook.
Cub Scout Sign stands for two things: 1) to help other people 2) to obey the Law of the Pack
